Peach Crisp

This is a delicious dessert that doesn't take too much prep time. You'll love the juicy peaches combined with the crunchy oats.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour

Yield: 3 servings


  • 3 cups of fresh, sliced peaches

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 oz. unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • ​Preheat oven to 375 degree fahrenheit.

  • In a large, oven-proof skillet, add peach slices, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir gently until ingredients are mixed. Place skillet on large baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, add flour, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, and salt and whisk together. Cut butter into cubes and add to bowl. Use hand or pastry cutter to mix butter throughout until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add oats and squeeze mixture with hands until clumps begin forming.

  • Add oat mixture evenly on top of peaches. Bake for 1 hour until peaches are bubbling and oat crust is golden brown.

  • Let cool for 10 minutes. We recommend serving with vanilla ice cream.
