Pineapple Mango

Peach Smoothie

For our smoothie lovers out there. Feel free to add different health supplements to this recipe.

Prep time: 10 min

Yield: 4 smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh peach slices

  • 1 cup frozen mango slices

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana

  • 1.5-2 cups orange juice

  • Optional - 1 cup greens, 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions:

  • ​Pour all ingredients into blender and blend on high until everything is thoroughly mixed and smooth.

  • Serve immediately.
