Yogurt Parfait

This protein-packed parfait is a healthy way to start your day or enjoy a filling snack in the afternoon.

Yield: 1 parfait


gluten free (if using gluten free granola)



  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 peach, chopped to bite-size pieces

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries


  • Add yogurt, cinnamon, and honey to a bowl and mix.

  • Add granola.

  • Add peaches, raspberries, and blueberries.

  • Enjoy layered or mix everything together if desired.
