Peaches & Cream

Pound Cake

This pound cake takes hardly any prep and is absolutely delicious!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes


  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 medium sized peaches, diced


  • Make sure butter is soft for creaming. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture is light a fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat on low until combined.

  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt to creamy mixture.

  • Add in diced peaches and fold mixture over until peaches are well dispersed.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Grease a loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes. You'll know when it is done when you can insert a toothpick to the center and it comes out with a few crumbs. Enjoy!
