Pork Tenderloin

This is an extremely easy, filling dish. In just 20-30 minutes, you'll have something the whole family will love.

Cook time: 10-15 min

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1 pound pork tenderloin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup peach preserves

  • 4 medium-sized peaches


  • Cut peaches into slices.

  • Flatten tenderloin into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 12 equal sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Place non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in oil and cook pork tenderloin pieces until tender and cooked throughout. Remove pork from pan.

  • Pour peaches and lemon juice into skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  • Add pork and preserves into skillet and stir until heat is even throughout.
