Skillet Peach Crisp

This is a delicious dessert that's easy to prep and make. You'll love the juicy peaches combined with the crunchy oat topping!

Cook time: 1 hour

Yield: 3 servings

  • 3 cups of fresh peaches, sliced

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 oz. unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • ​Preheat oven to 375° F.

  • In a large ovenproof skillet, combine peach slices, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir gently until combined. Place skillet on large baking sheet.

  • In a large bowl, add flour, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, and salt- whisk together. Cut butter into cubes and add to bowl. Use your hands or pastry cutter to mix butter in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add oats and squeeze mixture with hands until clumps begin forming.

  • Spread oat mixture evenly on top of peaches. Bake for 1 hour, or until peaches are bubbling and oat crust is golden brown.

  • Let cool for 10 minutes. We recommend serving with vanilla ice cream!
