Peachy Greek Yogurt Parfait

This protein-packed parfait is a healthy way to start your day or enjoy a healthy snack in the afternoon.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach, diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  • Add yogurt, cinnamon, and honey to a bowl and mix.

  • Add granola.

  • Add peaches, raspberries, and blueberries.

  • Enjoy layered or mix everything together if desired.
