Peach Pork Tenderloin

A quick and easy main dish with tender pork and sweet peaches! In less than 30 minutes, you'll have something on the table the whole family will love.

Cook time: 10-15 min

Yield: 4 servings

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 4 medium-sized peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup peach preserves


  • Flatten tenderloin to 1/4" thickness. Cut into 12 equal sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Place non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in oil and cook pork tenderloin pieces until tender and cooked throughout. Remove pork from pan.

  • Pour peaches and lemon juice into skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  • Add pork and preserves into skillet and stir until evenly heated. Serve and enjoy!
