3 peaches

1/2 bunch green onions

garlic cloves

1/4 cup cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 lime
-
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
-
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions:
-
Finely mince garlic cloves and cilantro. Add garlic, cilantro, black pepper, and soy sauce into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Rub mixture all over pork chops. Place pork chops in a sealed bag and refrigerate overnight.

In blender, combine the lime juice, sugar, red pepper, 1 peach, and salt to taste. Sauce can be refrigerated overnight or served immediately.
