Grilled Cinnamon & Sugar Peaches

Nothing says summer like peaches on the grill!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 5 servings

  • ​1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 6 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

  • Canola oil or avocado oil

  • Pinch of salt


  • Add butter to a bowl and stir until smooth. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

  • Heat grill to 300-375° F. Brush peaches with oil. Grill until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Cover each grilled peach half with a few teaspoons of cinnamon butter and let butter melt over peaches. Serve alone or with ice cream!
