Easy Peach Cobbler

Everyone's favorite peach dessert, the easy way.

Yield: 8 servings


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 4 cups fresh peach slices

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Melt your butter in a 13" x 9" baking dish

  • In a bowl, combine flour, salt, 1 cup sugar, and baking powder and mix. Add milk to bowl and stir thoroughly until mixed into a batter. Pour batter into baking dish over butter. Do not stir.

  • In a skillet add 1 cup sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil, continuously stirring. Pour mixture over batter. Do not stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let cool for 15 minutes after baking and serve.

Peach Crumble Bars

Don't leave these tasty desserts out in front of others unless you want them to magically disappear.

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cook time: 40 minutes

Yield: 24 bars


  • 3 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup shortening

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vailla extract

  • 10 medium peaches, peeled and chopped (peeling peaches not completely necessary for recipe. See canning tab for blanching instructions to peel peaches if desired.)

  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch


  • In a bowl, whisk flour, 1 cup sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add in shortening in clumps and whisk until mixture is crumbly.

  • In another bowl, whisk egg and vanilla. Add to previous mixture and stir until crumbly.

  • Grease a 13x9 inch pan and line inside of pan with crumbly mixture. Save 2 1/2 cups for crust top.

  • In a bowl, toss chopped peaches in almond extract.

  • In a separate bowl, mix remaining sugar and cornstarch. Add to peaches and stir gently, coating peaches throughout.

  • Spread peaches over crust and sprinkle over top with remaining crust.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 40 minutes until crust is light brown and filling is bubbly.

  • Set out to cool and cut into bars.

Skillet Peach Crisp

This is a delicious dessert that doesn't take too much prep time. You'll love the juicy peaches combined with the crunchy oats.

Cook time: 1 hour

Yield: 3 servings


  • 3 cups of fresh, sliced peaches

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 oz. unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 375 degree fahrenheit.

  • In a large, oven-proof skillet, add peach slices, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir gently until ingredients are mixed. Place skillet on large baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, add flour, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, and salt and whisk together. Cut butter into cubes and add to bowl. Use hand or pastry cutter to mix butter throughout until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add oats and squeeze mixture with hands until clumps begin forming.

  • Add oat mixture evenly on top of peaches. Bake for 1 hour until peaches are bubbling and oat crust is golden brown.

  • Let cool for 10 minutes. We recommend serving with vanilla ice cream.

Peaches and Cream Pound Cake

This pound cake takes hardly any prep and is absolutely delicious!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes


  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 medium sized peaches, diced


  • Make sure butter is soft for creaming. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture is light a fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat on low until combined.

  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt to creamy mixture.

  • Add in diced peaches and fold mixture over until peaches are well dispersed.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Grease a loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes. You'll know when it is done when you can insert a toothpick to the center and it comes out with a few crumbs. Enjoy!
