Quick & Easy Candied Pecans

This easy recipe takes 5 minutes to make and half that time to eat, if you aren't careful! These candied pecans taste amazing paired with a healthy salad, in a bowl of peach ice cream, or as a sweet snack.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 4 minutes

Yield: 10 servings 

  • 2 cups shelled pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup water


  • Place a skillet over stovetop on medium heat. Add brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and water. Mix well until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to bubble.

  • Add pecans to mixture and cook for 3 minutes, stirring thoroughly to coat pecans.

  • Remove pecans from skillet and place pecans on parchment paper to cool.

  • Break pecans apart when cooled and enjoy!
