Peaches and Cream Pound Cake
This delicious pound cake takes hardly any prep time and is absolutely delicious!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium sized peaches, diced
- 1 cup sugar

2 sticks butter, softened

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture is light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat on low until well combined.

Stir flour, baking powder, and salt into butter mixture.

Fold in diced peaches until peaches are well dispersed.

Grease a loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes. You'll know when it's done when you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean with a few crumbs. Enjoy!
