Peaches and Cream Pound Cake

This delicious pound cake takes hardly any prep time and is absolutely delicious!

Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes


  • 4 medium sized peaches, diced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 325° F. 
  • Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture is light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Beat on low until well combined.
  • Stir flour, baking powder, and salt into butter mixture.

  • Fold in diced peaches until peaches are well dispersed.

  • Grease a loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes. You'll know when it's done when you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean with a few crumbs. Enjoy!
