Easy Peach Cobbler
Everyone's favorite peach dessert, the easy way.

Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup all purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Melt your butter in a 13" x 9" baking dish

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, 1 cup sugar, and baking powder and mix. Add milk to bowl and stir thoroughly until mixed into a batter. Pour batter into baking dish over butter. Do not stir.

In a skillet, combine 1 cup sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil, continuously stirring. Pour mixture over batter. Do not stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool for 15 minutes after baking and serve. We recommend adding some vanilla ice cream on top!
